Cancellation Policy
I value your time and truly appreciate you valuing mine. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to adjust your appointment.
Late cancellations may result in a 25% charge, and no-shows may be charged up to 50%.
Because many of my services require prep time and custom color formulation, last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill.

ADJUSTMENTS:
While I always strive to create the result we’re aiming for, sometimes a small adjustment is needed to get everything just right. If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let me know. Reach out within 10 days of your original service date, and I’ll be happy to get you back in for a complimentary adjustment.
